No right, title, or interest in or to the Site or Content is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by AIM. Any use of the Site not expressly permitted by these Terms and another related agreement or license is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Site and its content only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including export controls.
  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors.
  • Impersonate AIM, its employees, customers, or any other person or entity.
  • Use the Site for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes without authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site, or disrupt other users' access.
  • Use automated or manual tools to copy, monitor, or frame the Site or its content without consent.
  • Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, networks, or connected systems.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices from any content.

These restrictions are intended as general guidelines and are not exhaustive. If you encounter content that may violate these Terms, please contact us at legal@machines.run.

5. Linking to the AIM Homepage

You may link to our homepage only in a fair and lawful manner that does not harm or exploit AIM's reputation. You may not link in a way that implies any affiliation, endorsement, or approval by AIM without our prior written consent. AIM may require you to remove any unauthorized link, and you agree to comply promptly. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission at any time without notice.

6. Third Party Links on the Site

The Site may include links to third-party websites or resources for your convenience. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or for any loss or damage that may result from your use of them. Accessing third-party sites is done at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.

7. Products, Software and Services

Any products, software, or services available through the Site are governed by the terms under which they are provided, including but not limited to applicable Customer Terms of Service. If no agreement applies, the product, software, or service is provided “AS-IS” without any warranties, express or implied, and your use is entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Site and its content are owned by AIM, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws worldwide. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, all rights are reserved. No part of the Site, or any software or service accessed through it, may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent. AIM and its related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AIM and may not be used without our permission. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided for general information purposes only and “as is” and “as available.” AIM makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Your use of the Site, its content, or any services or items obtained through it is at your own risk. We may update content from time to time, but it may be out of date, and we are not obligated to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Mention of non-AIM products or services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for content provided by third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIM, its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or reliance on Site content, products, software, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIM, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, as well as their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your use of Content, products, software, or services in a manner not authorized by these Terms or any agreement with AIM.

12. Governing Law and Venue; Waiver of Jury Trial, Claims Period

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and each party waives any objection to jurisdiction or venue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. Any claim arising from these Terms, the Site, or its content must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim; otherwise, it is permanently barred.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIM regarding your use of the Site and its content, superseding all prior communications or agreements. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by AIM. No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing and does not constitute a continuing waiver. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to reflect the parties' intent or severed without affecting the remainder. AIM reserves all rights and remedies for any violations of these Terms.
